Our internal project management team handles every administrative function: RFIs, submittals, change orders, scheduling updates, pay application processing, daily documentation, quality tracking, and all correspondence. Nothing falls through the cracks.

LT Siteworks selects, contracts, and manages qualified subcontractors for each field scope. Trade partners are vetted for capability, licensing, insurance, bonding, and safety record — and are held accountable to contract requirements, schedule, and quality standards.

Trade partners perform the physical construction work under LT Siteworks coordination and oversight. Our team monitors quality compliance, safety requirements, sequencing, and daily progress across all active scopes — and resolves field issues before they become problems.
